Warehouse Executive

About the Role:

Blackhole Retail is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations for E-Commerce Platform's orders. This role involves managing inventory, leading a team, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and improving warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong decision-maker, a team leader, and experienced in inventory management for eCommerce (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage warehouse team for smooth operations.

• Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control.

• Ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipping.

• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

• Use inventory management processes for accurate tracking.

• Ensure safety standards and compliance are maintained.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as e-commerce Warehouse supervisor.

• Should have knowledge of Amazon Flipkart portals order processing ( FBA & FBF )

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in inventory management and eCommerce operations.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Fluent in MS-Excel

• Should have experience in warehouse specially at seller end.
