Job Description

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials properly
Maintain accurate inventory records (inward/outward stock)
Prepare and update daily stock, GRN, and dispatch reports
Ensure proper picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of goods
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards
Handle discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or mismatches
Use ERP / WMS / Excel for data entry and reporting

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate / 12th Pass (as per company requirements)
1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory systems
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks
