Warehouse Executive

The Retail Warehouse Executive is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of retail goods. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented mindset, good organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Ensure accurate inventory tracking using warehouse management systems.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.

• Supervise loading/unloading activities, ensuring safety and damage-free handling.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports (inventory, dispatches, discrepancies).

• Assist in training new warehouse staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety regulations.
