Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective performance
Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes
Monitor and manage warehouse inventory accuracy using WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other tracking tools
Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet customer delivery expectations
Establish and enforce safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality assurance measures
Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency
Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to align warehouse operations with business objectives
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management
Lead technology initiatives and system implementations to improve warehouse operations
