Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and Storing Stock:

  Unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying items against purchase orders and packing slips. 

• Inventory Management:

  Stock shelves, racks, and bins; conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts; report missing or damaged items. 

• Order Fulfillment:

  Pick, pack, and label orders accurately for shipment, ensuring they are ready for delivery or pickup. 

• Shipping and Loading:

  Load and unload trucks and other vehicles; ensure shipments are secure and correctly prepared for dispatch. 

• Equipment Operation:

  Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move and store inventory. 

• Warehouse Maintenance:

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by removing debris, arranging stock, and following safety protocols. 

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate inventory records and logs, and prepare documentation for audits.
