Location: Pune (2 Months Training in nashik)

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including inventory handling, stock updates, and basic accounting entries. The candidate must have Tally experience or Tally certification.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, store, and dispatch materials as per company procedures.

Maintain daily stock records and update entries in Tally.

Assist in inventory counting, stock audits, and reconciliation.

Track inbound/outbound goods and ensure accuracy in documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.

Prepare basic reports: stock movement, shortages, and damage reports.

Requirements

Fresher or 1–2 years of warehouse/logistics experience.

Tally certification or hands-on Tally experience is mandatory.

Basic knowledge of stock management and documentation.

Good communication and record-keeping skills.

Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks (lifting, moving materials).

Ability to work independently and take responsibility.

Preferred Skills

Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets).

Understanding of inward/outward processes.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
