Warehouse Executive

Job Description

AGH International is looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory records, material handling, dispatch coordination, and stock accuracy.

The candidate will be responsible for receiving materials, checking quantities and documents, arranging products properly in the warehouse, preparing dispatches, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Main Responsibilities

Receive and check incoming material.
Arrange products properly in the warehouse.
Maintain inward and outward stock records.
Prepare material for dispatch.
Check product quantity, packing, and labels.
Update stock details on the computer.
Use basic Excel, email, and billing or inventory software.
Coordinate with transporters and office staff.
Help during loading and unloading.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items.

Candidate Requirements

Basic knowledge of warehouse work.
Basic computer knowledge.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email.
Able to read and understand basic English.
Good counting and record-maintaining skills.
Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Willing to learn new work.
Able to work with the team.
Experience in chemical, industrial, logistics, or distribution companies will be preferred.

Education

12th pass, graduate, or diploma holder.

Skills Required
