📍 Job Title: Spare Parts Management Executive
📍 Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad
💰 Salary Range: 20k – 25k (Per Month)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations related to spare parts inventory, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock records and documentation in SAP (Goods Receipt, Issue, Stock
Transfer, etc.).
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid
shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and service teams for smooth spare parts
availability.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports, consumption trends, and stock valuation using
SAP.
• Ensure all spare parts are properly labeled, categorized, and stored as per standard norms.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations in coordination with accounts and
operations teams.
• Track and manage non-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend disposal or return
actions.
• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and system accuracy.
• Maintain strong vendor and logistics coordination for inbound/outbound spare parts
movement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spare parts or warehouse management (preferably
automotive or engineering industry).
• Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module preferred) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel proficiency required).
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of stock control, reorder level management, and logistics processes.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience working with OEMs or authorised workshops.
• Attention to detail, process-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
