Warehouse Executive

• Operations Management: Oversee daily incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper loading/unloading and adherence to safety, health, and quality standards.

• Inventory Control: Perform physical inventory counts, reconcile stock with system data (e.g., ERP, SAP), and maintain 100% error-free tagging and stock rotation

• Logistics & Documentation: Prepare shipping documents, dispatch notes, and invoices, while managing vendor contracts and coordinating with transport providers.

• Staff & Floor Management: Supervise warehouse personnel, including training, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to SOPs.

• Process Improvement: Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization, implement efficiency strategies, and generate performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), MS Office, and data entry.

• Key Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Certifications: Forklift operation certification is often a plus.
