Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.

• Ensure accurate inward & outward movement of goods.

• Maintain stock records, conduct physical verification, and update inventory systems.

• Monitor loading/unloading activities and ensure timely dispatch of material.

• Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure proper storage, safety, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.

• Support in documentation, GRN, billing, and reporting to management.

• Resolve operational issues at field level and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma holder (preferred in Logistics/Supply Chain).

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/field operations.

• Knowledge of inventory management & warehouse processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS will be an advantage.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

• Flexibility to travel and work in field operations as required.
