Designation: Service Care Representative

Job Role: As a Service Care Representative, you will handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, coordinate product servicing with authorized service centers, and process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests during the first half of the day (Monday–Friday). In the latter half, you will visit customers for cheque collection and assist with product packing and deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, able to multitask efficiently, and comfortable with both office coordination and field responsibilities.

Location: 8,Madan Street,2nd floor, near E-mall,Chandni Chowk,Kolkata - 700072

Qualification: 12th graduate minimum

Working Hours: 10:30am - 8:30pm (Monday to Saturday)

Language Proficiency: Hindi, Bengali, English

Salary: 10-13K(Negotiable)
