Warehouse Assistant

KRA: -

 Supervise daily warehouse activities - Including quality assurance, Inventory control, Space

management, Logistics (First Mile /Last Mile), Floor productivity, shipping, and Customer

Relationship Management

 Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize

efficiency and minimize overtime (Picking /Packing IPP Calculations)

 Inspect equipment, Tools, and Machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when

necessary.

 Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss

prevention

 Oversee and manage Logistics for Transporting products to customers and communicating with

drivers and maintain proper vendor relationship management

 Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and

long-term performance goals

 Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics

 Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and

procedures and by complying with legal regulations

KPI: -

 Order fulfillment rate should 96% Above.

 100% Receiving / GRN should be closed in 48 Working Hrs.

 Maintain Customers On time- Delivery Date (SDD /NDD)

 Manage DAPS percentages of 0.04 % of total Inventory Value.

 Minimize In-transit losses and reduce RTO %.

 Have ability to manage manpower attrition during peak season of sales.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
