Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations including loading/unloading, dispatch coordination, material handling, and manpower supervision. This is a hands-on operational role requiring physical involvement and flexibility in working hours. The candidate must be ready to relocate as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise loading and unloading of goods

• Manage dispatch, receiving, and internal movement of materials

• Ensure proper stacking, storage, and safety of inventory

• Maintain basic inventory records and stock tracking

• Coordinate with drivers and operations team for timely dispatch

• Ensure order readiness and on-time deliveries

• Monitor manpower productivity and assign daily tasks

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards

• Report damages, shortages, and operational issues promptly

• Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines

• Support extended working hours when required

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass

• Experience: Prior warehouse experience is mandatory

• Physical Fitness: Must be capable of physical warehouse work

• Stability: Should not be a frequent job changer

• Mobility: Must be ready to relocate

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month

• Benefits: ESIC coverage

Working Hours

• 9–10 hours per day (Rotational shifts)

• Rotational weekly off

• Overtime as per operational requirements

Important Notes

• This is a blue-collar, hands-on warehouse role

• Employee may be transferred to any depot as per business requirements

• Warehouse location may change in the future

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
