Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Picker-Packer Job Summary:

We are seeking Warehouse associate to manage dark store operations across quick commerce segment. The role involves picking and packing the orders received, managing the store metrics and daily operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Select items from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders Ensure accurate picking according to order lists (either manually or via a system like barcode scanners).

• Verify product quantities and ensure the correct items are picked. o Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.

• Check items for correct sizes, models, or variations based on the order.

• Properly pack selected products to ensure they are secure and undamaged during transit.

• Use packaging materials like boxes, bubble wrap, or tape to protect products.

• Label packages accurately with shipping details (e.g., address, order number).

• Conduct Audits on regular basis for inventory hygiene

• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all safety procedures are followed to avoid accidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of English language

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.

• Good attention to detail for product accuracy.

• Familiarity with basic technology (e.g., barcode scanners or warehouse management systems) is a plus.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is often preferred but not always required.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
