Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Receiving & Storing: Unload delivery trucks, inspect merchandise for damage, and store goods in designated areas using proper lifting techniques.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately locate, pick, and pack items from picking lists or mobile devices to fulfill customer orders on time.
Inventory Management: Conduct physical stock audits, perform cycle counts, and update digital logs using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or barcode scanners.
Shipping: Prepare outbound shipments with appropriate labels and load trucks in an organized manner.
Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse environment and operate heavy machinery (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) according to safety protocols.
