Job Description

Receive stock from warehouse or vendors as per delivery challans and purchase

orders.

 Verify quantity and condition of goods received and prepare Goods Receipt Notes

(GRN) in ERP/system.

 Report shortages, excess quantities, or damaged items immediately to the concerned

teams.

 Ensure proper tagging, barcoding, labeling, and shelf readiness of products.

 Issue stock to the shop floor and manage inter-store stock transfers.

 Prepare outward challans, gate passes, and complete system entries for dispatches.

 Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for stock returns and transfers.

 Maintain accurate inventory records and support periodic stock audits.
