Warehouse Incharge (Stock Auditor)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and accountable Warehouse Incharge to oversee glass inventory and warehouse operations. The role involves ensuring accurate stock management, proper material handling, and maintaining systematic records. The candidate will act as the single point of accountability for inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate physical stock records for all materials including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Record and monitor all inward material entries from suppliers and production units.
Manage outward entries for dispatches to customers, projects, and internal transfers.
Maintain daily updated stock registers using MS Excel.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Identify and report discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or mismatches.
Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safe storage of glass materials to prevent damage or loss.
Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards are maintained.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
Proficiency in MS Excel (stock tracking, basic formulas, reporting)
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Basic understanding of stock auditing and reconciliation processes
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Experience Required:
1–3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or stock auditing
Experience in glass, manufacturing, or construction material industry preferred
