Warehouse Assistant

We are an E-Commerce business, seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our operations team. This role involves processing customer orders, packing items securely, handling inventory, and managing inbound shipments. The candidate must be comfortable with basic warehouse duties, including unloading delivery vehicles and organizing stock.

Order Processing from E-Commerce Marketplaces (Amazon etc.):

Receive and verify customer orders in the system

Pick items from inventory based on order sheets

Confirm correct product quantity, SKU, and details

Packing & Dispatch:

Neatly and securely pack orders following packaging standards

Label packages accurately

Prepare shipments for courier pickup

Ensure timely dispatch of all outgoing orders

Inbound Shipment Handling & Vehicle Unloading:

Assist in unloading inbound shipment vehicles (vans, trucks, etc.)

Check incoming stock against invoices and delivery notes

Move, sort, and organize incoming goods in designated storage areas

Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Ensure proper recording of inbound stock in inventory systems

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

Help in regular stock counting and maintaining inventory records

Organize shelves and storage racks for easy access

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse area

Quality Control:

Inspect items for quality before packing or storing

Ensure accurate, damage-free order fulfillment

Follow safe work practices during handling and lifting
