Key Responsibilities & Duties
Inventory Management: Receiving, unloading, scanning, and tracking incoming stock; updating inventory records.
Order Fulfillment: Picking products from shelves, scanning items, packing orders, labeling, and organizing for shipment.
Warehouse Operations: Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move goods; maintaining safety standards.
Organization: Storing items in designated locations; keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and free of debris.
Quality Control: Inspecting goods for damage or defects and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and carry heavy, sometimes bulky, objects.
Technical Skills: Experience with inventory software, scanners, or operating machinery (e.g., forklift license).
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in picking, packing, and recording stock to ensure correct orders.
Communication: Ability to work within a team and follow safety protocols.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
