Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Processing:

  Unloading deliveries, inspecting items for damage, and checking paperwork against received goods. 

• Inventory Management:

  Organizing and storing items, maintaining accurate stock levels, and potentially using warehouse management systems. 

• Order Fulfillment:

  Picking items from shelves, packing them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. 

• Equipment Operation:

  Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move and store materials. 

• Warehouse Maintenance:

  Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, including disposal of packing materials. 

• Safety Compliance:

  Adhering to safety regulations and using protective equipment. 

• Other duties:

  May include loading and unloading trucks, assisting with inventory counts, and collaborating with team members.
