Warehouse Assistant

Supervise receiving, unloading, and storing of goods.

Ensure proper stacking, binning, and labeling of materials.

Plan and monitor dispatches as per customer / production requirements.

2. Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software/manual registers.

Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification.

Minimize stock variances, pilferage, and damages.

3. Team Supervision:

Allocate work to warehouse staff and monitor performance.

Train team members on SOPs, safety, and efficiency.

Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
