Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Warehouse Manager to support day-to-day warehouse operations. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Head of Operations to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch accuracy, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Ensure all customer orders are processed, packed, and dispatched on time.

• Dispatch Oversight: Coordinate daily dispatches to maintain accuracy and timeliness.

• Employee Supervision: Guide, supervise, and support warehouse staff in their daily tasks.

• Inventory Coordination: Assist in stock counting and placement as needed.

• Process Compliance: Ensure warehouse SOPs are followed for all operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 0–2 years in warehouse, logistics, or related fields (apparel industry experience is a plus but not mandatory).

• Education: Graduate preferred; diploma holders can apply.

• Skills: Basic Excel knowledge, leadership, team management, problem-solving, and an execution-first mindset.

• Languages: Kannada + either Hindi or English.

• Other: Must be reliable, disciplined, and comfortable with physical warehouse tasks when required.

Reporting Structure:

You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and also coordinate with the Head of Operations.
