Job Description:

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to manage purchase billing, handle inward and outward materials, and support daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining stock records, processing GRNs, and ensuring accurate material movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inward and outward material entries

• Process and verify purchase bills and prepare GRNs

• Maintain stock registers and inventory records

• Support packing, loading, and dispatch activities

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations

• Knowledge of GRN, purchase billing, and inventory handling

• Familiar with Excel or inventory software

• Organized and reliable
