Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming stock.

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately.

  • Maintain inventory records and assist in regular stock audits.

  • Label, sort, and place materials on shelves or racks.

  • Assist in loading/unloading delivery vehicles.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.

  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (trolleys, pallets, scanners).

  • Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.

  • Support logistics team in daily operations.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy items.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Basic computer or scanning device knowledge (ERP/WMS is a plus).

  • Time management and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
