Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the site team with day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, coordinating activities, resolving site-related malfunctions, and responding to requests or issues.

• Giving on-site support to manage the logistics and all types of administrative and clerical tasks associated with a construction project.

• To ensure materials and equipment are available, coordinating subcontractors, and managing the site's cleanliness and safety.

• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events and handle any ad-hoc tasks and assignments delegated by management.

• Maintaining Store Records and Storekeeping.

• Maintain site supply inventory and overall responsibility for all day-to-day activities of the store, including stock receipt, stock issue, and record maintenance.

• Thorough knowledge of weights and measurements, and also its implementation at the project site.

• Knowledge of various materials used in construction - electrical, plumbing, cement, steel, adhesives, tiles, paints, etc.

• Executing other stock-related duties which may include receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies, returning, packing, pricing, labelling supplies, keeping track of receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom

• Examining and reviewing deliveries for discrepancies and damages, and reporting to necessary personnel for reimbursements and record keeping.

• Cleaning construction equipment and testing it to ensure functionality and Inspecting the construction site and ensuring that all tools and/or equipment are complete and in good shape.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
