Ensure on time delivery of materials as per production plan

Track material dispatch, transit, receipt

Share deliver status with production, stores and planning teams

Resolve issues related to shortage, delay, quality or mismatch

Maintain supplier communication records

Coordinate with suppliers/ vendors for - raw material availability/ delivery schedules

Update materials status in excel trackers

Prepare daily/weekly material follow up reports

Maintain supplier master and contact details

Good working knowledge of MS Excel

Must know how to book porter
