Coordinate with vendors for onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day operational requirements. Maintain strong vendor relationships and act as the primary point of contact for vendor communications. Support vendor sourcing activities by identifying, evaluating, and coordinating with potential vendors. Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to vendors and operations. Process vendor bills, track payments, and ensure timely coordination with relevant stakeholders for payment completion.
