Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Sourcing: Identify and research potential vendors within the healthcare equipment industry.
2. Conduct through market research
3. Reach out to potential vendors, presenting the benefits of joining our vendor network.
4. Foster strong, long-term relationships with vendors, ensuring their ongoing commitment.
5. Negotiate favourable terms with vendors to secure competitive pricing and service agreements.
6. Evaluate vendors based on product quality, reliability and service standards.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to understand equipment requirements and ensure vendor alignment.
8. Ensure all vendor contracts comply with relevant healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
9. Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on vendor activities and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related role, preferably in healthcare industry.
3. Strong understanding of hospital equipment and the healthcare market.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5. Proven ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships.
6. In-depth knowledge of hospital equipment and vendor management practices.
7. Ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
