We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Staff member to assist in daily administrative operations related to the construction field. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Microsoft Excel, capable of handling client follow-ups, and able to manage routine office work efficiently.
Maintain and update project data, client records, and site progress reports in Excel
Follow up with clients, vendors, and site engineers regarding ongoing projects
Assist in preparing quotations, bills, and work orders
Maintain and organize project documentation (soft and hard copies)
Coordinate between office, site staff, and suppliers for smooth project execution
Handle calls, emails, and day-to-day communication
Track and update material inventory, site requirements, and delivery status
Support management in scheduling meetings and site visits
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, tracking sheets)
Good communication and follow-up skills (phone & email)
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Prior experience in a construction, real estate, or site-based office preferred
Familiarity with billing, quotations, and vendor coordination is a plus
Organizational and time-management skills
