We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Management to support our e-commerce marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, coordinating with sellers, and ensuring accurate and high-quality product presentation across platforms.
Create and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Agribegri.com, etc.).
Ensure product accuracy including pricing, specifications, descriptions, and images.
Communicate with sellers to collect required listing details, documents, and product information.
Monitor listing performance and update content as needed to improve visibility and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for listing corrections, approvals, and content enhancement.
Track and report listing errors, incomplete product details, or compliance failures.
Maintain listing spreadsheets and documentation for internal records.
Resolve listing-related issues such as inactive listings, product mismatch, or duplicate listings.
Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business Management, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online product listing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
