Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hardworking Van Field Executive to manage van-based field activities, visit assigned markets and customers, promote products, and support sales and distribution operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, achieving assigned targets, and ensuring timely reporting of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned markets, retailers, distributors, and customers as per the daily route plan.

• Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Manage van-based sales, product demonstrations, and distribution activities, as applicable.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and availability of products in the van.

• Maintain daily sales records, customer details, stock records, and collection reports.

• Collect payments from customers as per company policy and deposit them on time.

• Monitor stock movement, manage inventory, and report shortages or damaged products.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and retailers.

• Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.

• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and vehicle safety guidelines.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of the local market and assigned territory.

• Ability to plan routes and manage daily field visits.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile-based reporting applications.

• Good time management and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification

• 12th pass or graduate in any discipline preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in field sales, van sales, FMCG distribution, or retail sales is preferred.

• Freshers may be considered based on the company's requirements.

Other Requirements

• Valid driving licence, if driving the company vehicle is part of the role.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Ability to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

• Number of customer visits and new customers acquired.

• Timely completion of assigned routes.

• Accuracy of stock and sales reports.

• Timely payment collection, where applicable.
