Van Delivery Boy

A Flipkart Last Mile Associate (LMA)—commonly known as a Delivery Executive or Delivery Boy—is responsible for picking up shipment parcels from local hubs and delivering them directly to end customers.

Under the per-packet payout model, compensation is paid per successfully delivered (or processed) parcel, typically ranging between ₹24 and ₹40 per packet depending on the location, distance, size, and difficulty of the delivery route.

• Vehicle Requirement: Two-wheeler (Bike / Scooter) or Electric Vehicle (EV)

Key Responsibilities

• Order Pick-up & Sorting: Report to the assigned local Flipkart hub (Instakart hub) daily to receive, scan, and sort assigned parcels into delivery bags.

• Route Planning: Plan efficient navigation routes to deliver parcels on time within specific geo-limits.

• Customer Delivery & COD Collection: Deliver packages directly to customers, update order statuses on the LMA app, and collect Cash-on-Delivery (COD) or digital payments.

• Returns & Pickups: Collect customer return orders, perform basic quality checks (QC) on returned items, and deposit them back at the hub.

• EOD Settlement: Hand over collected COD cash, deposit un-delivered parcels, and close daily shifts on the associate app at the hub.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Documents Required: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, active Bank Account details, and Driving License.

• Vehicle & Tech: Two-wheeler with active RC and insurance, along with an Android Smartphone (with active data) to run the LMA delivery app.

• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years.

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass (Basic reading ability for addresses/apps).

Payout & Earnings Structure

• Base Packet Rate: ₹24 – ₹40 per parcel delivered (varying by city tier, weight tier, and route density).

• Incentives: Daily or weekly milestone bonuses for delivering above a set number of parcels (e.g., 50+ packets/day).

• Fuel & Allowance: Included within the higher per-packet tier rates or provided via distance-based top-ups.

• It is a Both Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
