As a Transport Supervisor specializing in Partial Truckload (PTL) Collection and Delivery, you will oversee the daily tactical operations of the regional fleet to ensure seamless freight movement. Your primary focus is to optimize vehicle utilization and driver scheduling, balancing high-frequency collections with time-sensitive last-mile deliveries. You will be responsible for monitoring real-time shipment tracking, managing route efficiency to reduce transit times, and ensuring that all drivers adhere to strict safety regulations and delivery windows. By serving as the central point of contact between dispatch, warehouse teams, and customers, you will proactively resolve transit delays and maintain the service quality standards essential for a high-volume PTL network.
