Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Transport Supervisor to manage the school's transportation operations, ensure student safety, and maintain smooth and timely bus services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily school bus operations and transportation schedules.

- Ensure the safe pickup and drop-off of students.

- Monitor bus drivers, attendants, routes, and attendance.

- Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and comply with safety regulations.

- Coordinate with school management, parents, drivers, and bus attendants.

- Handle transport-related complaints and emergencies.

- Maintain records of vehicles, staff, fuel, maintenance, and route schedules.

- Ensure drivers have valid licenses and required vehicle documents.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

- Experience: 5-10 years in transport management, preferably in a school.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of traffic rules, vehicle documentation, and student safety procedures.

- Ability to manage staff and handle emergency situations.
