Transport Supervisor

About the Role

"SAYA Tour Solutions Pvt." Ltd. are looking for dynamic and responsible Transport Supervisors to oversee airport crew transportation operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, safe, and efficient pickup and drop-off of airline captains and cabin crew, maintain operational discipline, and ensure vehicle and driver compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate pickup and drop operations for airline crew as per flight schedules.

• Monitor vehicle movement through GPS tracking software and ensure punctuality and route compliance.

• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and dispatch teams for real-time issue resolution.

• Ensure all vehicles are maintained in roadworthy and compliant condition (insurance, permits, PUC, etc.).

• Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly reports on fleet utilization, fuel consumption, delays, and incidents.

• Conduct shift briefings and ensure smooth handover between shifts.

• Maintain strong communication with airline ground staff and company operations team for any schedule changes.

• Handle emergency situations or vehicle breakdowns effectively with minimal service disruption.

• Monitor driver performance, discipline, and grooming standards.

• Support audits and compliance checks as required by management.

Work Schedule

• Three rotational shifts:

  • Morning:

  • Afternoon:

  • Night:

• Week-offs on a rotational basis.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Transport Management / Operations / Logistics).

• Experience: 2–5 years in transport supervision, preferably in airport crew transportation, car rental, or logistics operations.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in GPS tracking software and MS Excel / reporting tools.

  • Good understanding of vehicle documentation and statutory compliances.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in night shifts.
