वाहन की बुकिंग:

बाजार से जरूरत अनुसार ट्रक/पिकअप आदि की बुकिंग करना।

🔹 ड्राइवर से नियमित संवाद:

ड्राइवर से फोन और WhatsApp पर लगातार संपर्क में रहना, लोकेशन और ट्रिप की स्थिति की जानकारी लेना।

ग्राहकों से समन्वय:

क्लाइंट को ट्रिप की जानकारी देना, उन्हें समय-समय पर status update भेजना और उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान करना।

दस्तावेज़ी कार्य:

बिल्टी (e-bilty), POD (Proof of Delivery) तैयार करना, उनकी soft और hard copy व्यवस्थित रखना।

🔹 ट्रिप संचालन:

WhatsApp, कॉल और कंप्यूटर की मदद से ट्रिप की पूरी प्लानिंग और निगरानी करना।

🔹 बेसिक टेक्नोलॉजी ज्ञान:

WhatsApp, कॉलिंग, गूगल मैप, कैमरा, डॉक्युमेंट स्कैनिंग व कंप्यूटर पर सामान्य काम जैसे फाइल बनाना, प्रिंट निकालना आदि आना चाहिए।
