Job Description

We are looking for a transport Supervisor to join our team at HUB9M Solutions Private Limited, Mulund. This role involves managing a fleet of drivers . You will be closely working with the Drivers working In Porter, Ola, Uber, E-commerce Companies (Amazon, Blinkit, Zomato, etc) and ensure that drivers perform their duties in efficient manner. This also involves taking care of the maintenance part of such Vehicles.

This position offers In Hand Salary with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Drivers perform their duty in efficient way.
Train Drivers on proper routes, tolls, etc.
Taking care of maintenance part of the Vehicle by visiting Service Centers.
Checking Bills, travel routes and so on
Any other support needed to manage team of 10 + Drivers / Vehicles.

Job Requirements:

Experience of managing Drivers

Driving License/experience

Should reside preferably in Thane/Bhiwandi/Dombivali Area
