Role Overview
The Techno-Commercial Executive will be responsible for managing technical and commercial aspects related to life science and healthcare equipment. Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
Understand technical specifications, applications, and operational requirements of life science and healthcare equipment.
Provide technical consultations and product presentations to customers.
Support customers in selecting suitable equipment based on their functional needs.
Coordinate with application and service teams for technical clarifications and support.
Commercial Responsibilities
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Handle pricing discussions, payment terms, and contract-related communication.
Process orders and ensure timely documentation and approvals.
Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to delivery.
Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with internal departments such as service, logistics, and finance for order fulfillment.
Maintain customer records, documentation, and reports.
Track enquiries, proposals, and order status.
Participate in technical meetings, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
