Job Description

The Transport Supervisor is responsible for managing transport operations, supervising drivers and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The role focuses on optimizing routes, maintaining vehicles, and delivering efficient transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations
Monitor driver performance, attendance, and conduct
Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies
Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance
Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure they are in good working condition
Handle transport-related issues, delays, or emergencies
Prepare reports on transport activities and performance

Requirements and Qualifications

Proven experience in transportation supervision

Valid driver’s license (often preferred)
