Drivers ko assign karna aur unke duties ko supervise karna

Vehicles ki maintenance schedule par nazar rakhna

Delivery timelines aur safety standards ko follow karna

Route optimization aur fuel efficiency monitor karna

Log books, fuel records aur transport-related reports maintain karna

Transport-related incidents, delays, aur breakdowns ka timely resolution

Compliance with transport laws (RTO, pollution, etc.) ensure karna

New drivers ki training aur safety briefing dena

Coordination with warehouse, dispatch, aur vendors teams
