Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Supervisor to handle vehicle loading and dispatch operations at our warehouse in Supa. The role involves managing incoming trucks, ensuring proper loading of materials, and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with drivers when trucks arrive at the warehouse
Ensure proper and accurate loading of materials into vehicles
Supervise loading staff/labour during operations
Ensure vehicles are dispatched on time without delays
Verify loading quantity as per dispatch requirements
Maintain basic records of incoming and outgoing vehicles
Ensure safety and proper handling during loading
Coordinate with Warehouse team for smooth operations
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in warehouse/transport operations
Basic understanding of loading and dispatch processes
Good coordination and supervision skills
Ability to handle labour and manage workflow
Basic record-keeping knowledge
Preferred:
Experience in warehouse dispatch/loading roles
Candidates from nearby locations preferred
