Require : Transporter Onboarding Manager

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Transporters Onboarding Manager to lead the empanelment and onboarding of transport vendors including truck owners and bulkers. This role requires strong regional market knowledge, vendor relationship management, and operational coordination to ensure a reliable and scalable transportation network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Empanelment: Identify, evaluate, and empanel new transport vendors in line with the company’s logistics requirements.

• Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding of transporters, ensuring completion of documentation, compliance checks, and system integration.

• Regional Outreach: Personally meet with truck owners and bulkers in assigned regions to develop partnerships and encourage registration.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with transport vendors to ensure continued engagement and service quality.

• Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure timely updates in internal systems.

• Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance, service levels, and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or vendor management roles.

• Strong understanding of the trucking and bulk transportation market.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel regionally to meet and engage with transporters.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets and vendor management systems.

Location: Mumbai (Office Bhiwandi)

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree

Require Two wheeler must.

Language: Hindi, Marathi, English

Salary: Best in industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
