Branch Manager - Transport

Location: Chennai

We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager for our transport operations in Chennai and Coimbatore. You'll be responsible for the full P&L of the branch, with a primary focus on finding return loads, developing our fleet of vendors, and generating new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and secure return loads to maximize profitability.

• Develop and manage a strong network of fleet vendors, specifically those with 32ft/34ft container body single-axle vehicles.

• Generate new sales opportunities and manage existing client relationships.

• Oversee all branch operations and lead the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager in the transport/logistics industry.

• Deep knowledge of 32ft/34ft container body single-axle vehicles is a must.

• Strong network of vendors and clients in Chennai/Coimbatore.

• Excellent leadership, sales, and negotiation skills.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
