Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Transport / Vehicle Manager to oversee all vehicle operations, maintenance, and driver management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient vehicle utilization, timely servicing, cost control, and smooth transportation operations.Responsibilities:Manage and monitor the company’s fleet of vehicles.Plan and schedule vehicle use to ensure timely availability.Maintain vehicle documents, insurance, and registration records.Supervise drivers and assign daily routes or trips.Ensure preventive maintenance and repair work is done on time.Track fuel consumption and maintain fuel logs.Handle breakdowns and coordinate with service stations.Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations.Prepare reports on vehicle usage, mileage, and expenses.Key Skills:Fleet Management, Transport Operations, Driver Supervision, Vehicle Maintenance, Route Planning, Fuel Monitoring, Record Keeping, Communication Skills, MS Excel
