Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services.
Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle.
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers.
Supervise, coach, and train transportation personnel.
Monitor and report on transportation costs, budgets, and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with transportation laws and regulations.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers.
Optimize routes and consolidate shipments to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
Resolve transportation issues and respond to delivery complaints.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments and transportation.
