Transport Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services.

• Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle.

• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers.

• Supervise, coach, and train transportation personnel.

• Monitor and report on transportation costs, budgets, and KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with transportation laws and regulations.

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers.

• Optimize routes and consolidate shipments to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.

• Resolve transportation issues and respond to delivery complaints.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments and transportation.
