Transport Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced logistics Maintenance inspect, repair, and maintain our fleet of tankers. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance, tanker fittings, and vehicle insurance and claim knowledge, safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of tankers.

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues, maintenance related outside travelling.

• Ensure proper maintenance of brakes, engine, vehicle documents , valves, and pipelines for leaks or damages.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.

• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with the operations team to minimize vehicle downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in tanker maintenance Or Logistic field.

• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, and braking systems.

• Experience in handling driver management.

• Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication (preferred).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·         Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/Tamil.

·         Technical Skills: repair and maintenance
