📌 Job Role:
We are looking for a Supply Executive who can manage vehicle supply, coordinate with fleet partners, and ensure smooth daily transport operations.
✅ Responsibilities:
Update and manage daily fleet availability in the supply tracker
Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time placement
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements
Onboard new vehicle vendors and expand fleet network
Negotiate rates with transport partners
Train fleet operators on company process and compliance
Reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency
Maintain proper documentation (E-way bill, RTO, POD etc.)
🎯 Skills Required:
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi & Local Language)
Experience in vehicle hiring / fleet management
Good negotiation and coordination skills
Ability to work in target-driven environment
Problem-solving mindset
💼 Preferred Candidate:
Experience in logistics / transport company
Worked with LCV / HCV / Truck operations
Vendor management experience
