Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of company vehicles (Cabs)
Manage driver hiring, schedules, shift allocation, and cab assignments to ensure timely and efficient operations
Plan and optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and vehicle availability
Maintain records including insurance, registration, and permits
Track driver performance, safety practices, and adherence to policies
Coordinate vehicle procurement, leasing, and disposal
Ensure compliance with local transport and safety regulations
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve fleet efficiency
