  • Drivers ki daily duty, attendance aur records maintain karna.

  • New drivers ki requirement ke according drivers ko search aur recruit karna.

  • Drivers se phone/WhatsApp par regular coordination karna.

  • Driver aur vehicle allocation manage karna.

  • Driver ki salary, advance aur payment ka basic hisaab maintain karna.

  • Driver absent hone par replacement arrange karna.

  • Daily transport operations ki report maintain karna.

  • Drivers ki problems ko handle karke timely solution coordinate karna.

Requirements:

  • Transport/driver management ka experience preferred.

  • Good communication aur coordination skills.

  • Phone, WhatsApp aur basic computer ka knowledge.

  • Responsible aur reliable hona chahiye.
