Transport Coordinator

We're looking for a sharp and reliable Vehicle Tracking Staff member to manage the real-time monitoring of our fleet. This role is all about precision and communication. You will be responsible for tracking vehicles from pickup to delivery, managing daily status reports, and promptly resolving any route deviations or transit issues. A key part of your role will be providing excellent customer support by answering queries and offering proactive updates. If you have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing or logistics role, along with excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English, we want to hear from you.
